TEST AND SELECTION:
›› Parents/ Guardians wishing for the admission of their wards should register them before admission by paying rupees two hundred (251/- ). as registration fee and cost of admission form.
›› Students seeking admission in any class will have to appear in written test. The minimum age for admission in Nursery is 4 yrs and they are exempted from any entrance test.
›› The question paper consists of short answer type, fill in the blanks and multiple choice questions and is set according to the CBSE syllabus of the preceeding standard for which admission is sought.
›› The selection of a student in a class will depend entirely on his/her ability and the decision of the admission incharge will be final.
›› At the time of admission the following certificates are to be submitted alongwith the admission form.
NORMS OF ADMISSION IN STD XI/XII:
All the interested parents/guardians are invited to take admission of their wards in Xl and XII. Special well-arranged + 2 section, with spacious and airy classrooms, well-equipped laboratories and library have been facilitated to the students for shaping up their career. The school is co-educational with a healthy atmosphere. Extraordinary faculties have been appointed in each subject to teach the syllabus in modern scientific ways as guided by CBSE Delhi. Students have been cultured in the most vigorous and challenging environment.
At the time of admission a candidate must submit the following documents.
1. Report Card of last Academic Session.
2. School Leaving Certificate (original)
4.Three passport size coloured photographs
5.Aadhar Card in the name of the Student.
6.Voter Identity Card /Aadhar Card of any of the parents.
Note: If the student is coming from a board other than CBSE, he/she should have to submit Migration Certificate also.
RULES AND MODE OF PAYMENT:
1. Registration and admission charges are non refundable.
2. The entire amount of fee and other charges must be deposited at the time of admission.
3. Fee for the current month should be paid within the 15th of the month. A fine of Rs. 50 (rupees fifty) per month will be charged, if the fee is not paid on time.
4. In case the fee is overdue for three months, the student’s name will be struck off the rolls. Re-admission will only be made on the payment of arrears and admission fee afresh.
5. Any damage to school property or loss of library books or any other expense incurred by the student shall be payable by the parents concerned.
Admission to the school is subject to verification of the documents listed above, and submission of a letter of undertaking, self-attested by both the parents in front of the verification team. The undertaking should clearly certify that the information given is correct and the documents submitted are true copies of the original.
This undertaking will also imply, that the parents accept the decision of the school to cancel the registration / admission as final and binding, if at any given time the information or document submitted is found to be wrong/fake/untrue.
WITHDRAWAL RULES
1.Application for withdrawal is to be made on a prescribed performa available in the School office. No Child can be withdrawn till a written request from parents is put up. A one month notice period or one month notice fee is required for withdrawal.
2.Transfer Certificate will be issued after one week of the receipt of the application and clearance of all dues.
