A clear guide to our admission process, eligibility, required documents and school policies.

01 TEST AND SELECTION

Parents/Guardians wishing to secure admission for their wards should register them before admission by paying the registration fee and cost of the admission form (₹251/-).

Students seeking admission to any class will have to appear for a written test. The minimum age for admission to Nursery is 4 years, and Nursery students are exempted from the entrance test.

The question paper consists of short-answer questions, fill-in-the-blanks and multiple-choice questions. It is based on the CBSE syllabus of the preceding standard for which admission is sought.

Selection of a student for a class will depend entirely on the student's ability. The decision of the Admission In-charge will be final.

02 NORMS OF ADMISSION IN STD XI/XII

All interested parents/guardians are invited to seek admission for their wards in Classes XI and XII. A specially arranged +2 section, with spacious and airy classrooms, well-equipped laboratories and a library, has been provided to help students shape their careers.

The school is co-educational and provides a healthy learning atmosphere. Experienced faculty members have been appointed for each subject to teach the syllabus using modern scientific methods as guided by CBSE, Delhi. Students are prepared in a challenging and stimulating academic environment.

Report Card of the last academic session
School Leaving Certificate (Original)
Three coloured passport-size photographs
Aadhaar Card of the student
Voter ID Card / Aadhaar Card of either parent

IMPORTANT NOTE

If a student is transferring from a board other than CBSE, a Migration Certificate must also be submitted.

03 RULES AND MODE OF PAYMENT

Registration and admission charges are non-refundable.
The entire amount of fees and other charges must be deposited at the time of admission.
The fee for the current month should be paid by the 15th of the month. A fine of ₹50 per month will be charged if the fee is not paid on time.
If the fee remains overdue for three months, the student's name will be struck off the school rolls. Re-admission will be granted only after payment of all outstanding dues and a fresh admission fee.
Any damage to school property, loss of library books or other expenses incurred by a student shall be payable by the concerned parents.

DOCUMENT VERIFICATION & UNDERTAKING

Admission to the school is subject to verification of the documents listed above and submission of an undertaking letter, self-attested by both parents in front of the verification team. The undertaking must clearly certify that the information provided is correct and that the documents submitted are true copies of the originals.

The undertaking will also imply that the parents accept the school's decision to cancel the registration/admission as final and binding if, at any time, the information or documents submitted are found to be incorrect, fake or untrue.

04 WITHDRAWAL RULES

01. An application for withdrawal must be submitted on the prescribed form available at the School Office. No child can be withdrawn without a written request from the parents. A one-month notice period or one month's notice fee is required for withdrawal.

02. The Transfer Certificate will be issued after one week from the receipt of the application, subject to clearance of all outstanding dues.
